At the brewery, we'll explore the story and tradition behind this premium sake, connecting centuries of craftsmanship, heavy snowfall, and pristine water. We'll enjoy a delicious meal featuring onigiri made from local rice ( ). On the way back, we'll stop at a traditional four-season Korean park. We'll return to the station by 15:00, giving you time to explore the local onsen or head back to Tokyo. Starting from Echigo Yuzawa Station, just 70 minutes from Tokyo, we'll cycle through Yuzawa village and explore Korean parks on our way to Daigenta Canyon with ease on Ateke Daigenta, we'll enjoy views of rice paddies and mountain peaks, take a break at the lake, and then ride downhill through the forest and old village. An optional lunch at a local café is available. We'll return to the station by 13:00, giving you time to explore Yuzawa's onsen town.
