Starting from Muikamachi Station, less than 2 hours from Tokyo, we'll cycle through Minamiuonuma's rice fields and Niigata's best spring water on our way to the Hak -bikes. At the brewery, we'll explore the story and tradition behind this premium sake, connecting centuries of craftsmanship, heavy snowfall, and pristine water. We'll return to the station by 15:00, giving you time to explore the local onsen or head back to Tokyo. Starting from Echigo Yuzawa Station, just 70 minutes from Tokyo, we'll cycle through Yuzawa village and explore Korean parks on our way to Daigenta Canyon with ease on Ateke Daigenta, we'll enjoy views of rice paddies and mountain peaks, take a break at the lake, and then ride downhill through the forest and old village.
